The hydraulic press line is designed to reduce the volume of sack and big bag bundles. This press offers up to 40% volume reductions, which have a direct impact on both packaging and freight costs.
Since both are moving plates (the upper plate comes down, and the lower plate goes up), small presses for sacks or big bags [P4Ton] help reduce pressing cycle times, and place the finished pressed bundle at a convenient height –which makes handling easier and reduces the risk of related back injuries.
For a small throughput, a press with a fixed lower plate minimizes both the structure and mechanisms, which results in a simple, low-cost machine. Pallet printers [PP1000] enable pressing directly on the pallet to reduce the overall volume prior to final wrapping. A loaded pallet jack is directly placed in the machine, which presses and ties the bundle. The bundle is removed from the press using the pallet jack, with no need of any manual loading.
The operation logic of every model results in significant consumption reductions. The hydraulic press motor operates only to move the pressing plates, and it is fully switched off both in the opening and pressing positions. That is, the machine is switched off both when the sacks are loaded onto and unloaded from the plate.
The [PP1000] press is only powered during lifting, since the pressing operation is performed by gravity, with the entire unit switched off.
